This week, Jim and Jason are joined by Stephen Marshall.
Stephen is an Associate Professor and the Department Chair at East Tennessee State University. He is responsible for the vision and management of the Department of Media and Communication which consists of 15+ full and part-time faculty and staff as well as 400+ undergraduate and graduate students.
Over the last 2 years Jason has worked with Stephen in coaching college students and in recent episodes we’ve talked about the importance of having a mentor.
