Like many things in life, there is an art to being a consultant. The problem though is that the word consultant has come to take on multiple meanings. In some cases it refers to an individual brought in to evaluate a portion or an entire organization and provide director. Other times it refers to a team that provides a services and works at the direction of another organization.
