Finding Stability and Security With Your Job

Growing up and early in our careers, many of us were taught to seek out employment with a large company or in government in order to have a safe and secure job; job security should be our number one priority.

Having spent time working for large corporations in a “safe” job, Jon, Jason, and Jim talk about the lessons they have learned, what stability and security mean to them, and how taking risks, to different degrees, have led to realizations about what is truly stable and secure.
