Using Video to Build Authentic Customer Connections with Charlie Roberson, Head of Project Delivery at Verbate

We’ve seen the trend of customers wanting more of a “relationship” with the brands & companies they buy from for quite some time now. Whether that be showing how they feel through social media or searching out companies that share the same values as them.

2020 has presented a whole new set of challenges for companies on multiple fronts. While trying to build those connections with customers while having the ability to have in-person interactions made very limited or not possible at all, companies are also faced with keeping connections alive with employees who have been thrust into remote working arrangements for the first time.

This week we’re joined by Charlie Roberson, the Head of Project Delivery at Verbate. Verbate offers their clients a simple to use, affordable video survey platform so that they can hear directly from their customers. Verbate is a distributed company with employees located both in the UK and Australia.

Earlier this year we were joined by Matt Barnett, the founder of Bonjoro, which is Verbate’s sister company.
