Often times we see the effort to implement, maintain, and use Analytics be questioned by those who aren’t involved in the day to day.  

Focusing after the initial implementation work is done, many times management does not see the value in functionality that does not provide direct revenue.  Once implemented how do you demonstrate and prove the value of the data being collected?  How do you justify things such as software costs, the ongoing maintenance, and hiring of people to use the data?
